The Commercial Agency departments of Huggins Edwards & Sharp and Stuart Edwards Fullermoon merged in January 2020 to form the new limited company Huggins Stuart Edwards.

Built upon the foundations of its multi-disciplined sister companies, whose roots can be traced back as far as 1798, Huggins Stuart Edwards is committed to providing an excellent and up-to-date standard of service to all new and existing clients, specialising in Sales, Lettings and Acquisitions of all types of commercial property. With an experienced team of property professionals based in our Epsom and Croydon offices we are well placed to extend our existing coverage over Surrey and South London.

We will continue to maintain a close working relationship with our sister companies and their consultants who are able to provide a wide range of additional property services, including commercial property management, formal RICS 'red-book' valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals amongst others.
